The four restaurants and an optional 5th restaurant subject to seasonality at Sainte Anne Resort and Spa are recognised for fine dining with chefs expertly blending imported delicacies with local flavours. Décor is tropical to match the environment.
Evening Smart casual No shorts are permitted at the restaurants in the evenings and closed shoes are requested for men at night.
L’ABONDANCE – is the main restaurant with views over the pool and the beach. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers buffets four nights a week and three dinners are served at the table.
LE MONT FLEURI – specializes in fresh seafood and other delicacies. It is a romantic restaurant set on stilts high above the beach affording lovely sea views.
L’OCEANE – offers diners the experience of lunch or dinner on the beach where the freshest seafood grills can be ordered.
LE ROBINSON – is situated in a private alcove on the beach surrounded by granite boulders. A ‘discovery menu’ is offered here at a supplement to the half board credit.
TAKAMAKA – A seasonal restaurant located on the beach offers diners the chance to enjoy a light lunch with their feet in the sand while admiring the sea mere meters from their table.
SANS SOUCI is the main bar which opens out onto the pool area. Open from 10 am to midnight.
